correct.

the shorter oil filter is the police package filter. i had to use one when i installed my magnetic oil filtration system

police package? was my car a police car? the speedo goes to 160 my other 5.0s went to 140

its very possible. should have been quite a few badges on the car throughout, though. door jamb and under hood.
also the trunk switch was relocated from the glove box to the area near your knee's.

what kind of badges? the trunk button is at my left knee and it pops right open

yah. its safe to assume you have an SSP edition. they are a bit more valuable, keep your hands on it and dont destroy it.
