well that still didn't answer my question!! you have not verified the sensor is working and or gauge...how do I know that as to make such a bold statement?? cause that sensor pictured is the ect for the ecm input not for the gauge.... the temp sensor for the gauge is a single wire with a 90 degree elbow on the end and is on the driver side very front of the lower intake left corner....can't miss it..replace it and see if the gauge works

thanks guys for all your help... the guys at autozone didn't know what i was talking about and the 2 pin sensor kept coming up for them... so after 20 min of waiting i got what i needed and everything works fine now!
Yea.. I need a new one of those for my stock gauge to work but I spent $25 and got a mechanical gauge from the part store to see what my temp really is.
