Default sluggish acceleration after intake swap

I swapped out my stock intake for a cobra intake uppper and lower from my convertible, now im getting really sluggish acceleration, it sounds like I have an intake leak, i know its not bolted down too too good because my buddy here nacantihs doesnt know how to thread a bolt and cross threaded one when it was on my convertible still. Anyone got a clue if thats why it wont accelerate nearly like it used to with the stock manifold, or if maybe i have other problems? I restabbed the distributor to make sure my timing wasnt screwed up, and i reset the timing appear to be fine, now set at 12 where I had left it. car has a bbk CAI, bbk fpr, bbk 70mm TB, 24lbs injectors and 24lb 75mm mass air, headerback exhaust. i just put the fpr, injectors, tb, mass air and cobra intake all on in one shot, i gave the computer plenty of time to learn it, but i definitely hear an intake leak. any ideas?

i bet the dizzy is stabbed wrong, it is a possibility. if you just had a little slowe take off but top end was better, then yea its just the intake flowing more and the heads not keeping up.

yes, stock heads and cam, i have a set of gt40s with comp cam springs rated for .550 lift but i decided against putting them on fortunately, i ran into enough trouble just puttin the intake on. the power is actually better at like 2500 rpm versus 5500, the top end seems much worse the higher through the revs. And to adder, I'd love to drop it off and let you have a day with it, at this point im fed up and its my everyday fortunately i have a 2nd pos. . . . i think this dizzy is fine, but you can hear the intake leak, i think
