i would go with a e 303 cam from ford racing!!!
u can run ur stock rockers if u dont wanna spent tha money for tha 1.6 rr's
but u still hav to buy tha hold down for tha roller lifters n hav to get new hardened push rods as well but perfect
cam for that set up

the alphabet cams are alright, but you could run a tfs stage 1, that cam would put out some decent power and sound nasty
and dont put stock rockers on just get some 1.6 rrs or you could get 1.7s which would give you even more lift on that cam.

you shouldnt need new springs. but if they are old i would say to get some new ones, the stock springs i know on the e7's are weak
while these may not look like a whole lot they dont require any more machining on your heads and they'll handle a cam up to .560 and they're better than old springs

well if you are gonna get them machined, might as well throw a good set on. i didnt know if you had them done already or what, but if they havent been worked on yet just get some new springs, just to keep that off your mind
