Default RE: All sorts of problems with 95 Mustang GT

so your TPS is out of range and it popped no codes for it?? when you ran codes did you get the all clear or did nothing at all run? if you didnt get any codes at all you either did something wrong or your ecm is messed up.

yes get the TPS .99 or under but above .71, i'd also reset base idle and clear your computer of codes then try re running them. check for vac leaks if idle isnt good.

I got an "all clear code" actually ran the tests with two differenttesters and both said no codes. I ran a base idle check with my friends computer and it told me the idle was OK. Her car runs perfect with the spout connector off but when connected the computer advaces timing to 26 deg.

it should go up to 26, it adds a certian amount of degrees depending on load, rpm, ect.

is there any corrosion on the prongs of teh spout? if so try cleaning it or replacing it! could cause a faulty reading!
on a 94-95 if all things are not normal man they have issues!
A good shop can test the ecm and tell you if it is bad, it is very hard to diagnose problems from our side of the situation!
Check your grounds also!

MAF is new (1 year old)but I forgot to mention that the radiator fluid has 0.22 VDC running through it. Is this a sign of a ground problem or just bad fluid?
