Timing issues aside what you have here is a lean stumble. Your accelerator pump is not dumping in enough fuel to keep up with the sudden rush of incoming air that comes on when you open the throttle quickly. You either need to adjust the pump or go with larger squirters, HOW to do all this will depend on what carb you have.

it is a holley dp 650 cfm i will have to save up for a balancer
