gt-40 heads,headers,2 1/2 exhaust,cam, 3.55. this is my setup.
do 24 pounds are good for me ?

Default egr valve

kn filter,75 mm maf and tb. intake trick flow

my egr valve is pushing on my fuel rail because of my bigger spacer.can i take out my egr valve.will it light on a sensor in my car and if yes how can i bypass this

24's will work fine for your setup. The EGR can be removed but will cause a check engine light. You will need to put an elimination plate on the EGR spacer and an EGR eliminator on the EGR connector on the wiring harness.

Default maf

i probably already know your answer but i wanna be sure. everything have been replace to the good place and everything work except when i plug my maf my idle is 1500rpm. So i try with out the maf but the car have not torque.
that s mean that the maf is not calibrated or i have to reprogramm my computer(tune)

egr removal will not cause a mil light , when not operational , the ecc iv strategy is to delete the function.

Default problem with my idle

i change my injector to put 24 lbs injector and a 75 mm tb+maf. i had to take out my egr valve. My maf is calibrate for my injector but my idle is going up and down 800 to 1500 rpm.The only way that i stabilize the idle is with the tb screw and he stay at 1000rpm but not for long because he start back going up and down. does the egr removal have a link with my idle problem

Check for vacuum leaks.. And also you might want to try to reset your base idle..
