i dont have to worry about rain because i never drive it on rainy days (all 3 of them we get here in so cal). if its raining or hot out, the car is in the garage.

I would go with the 4 inch one. They look really nice. Are you planning on installing gauges inside the cowl? If so a smaller one won't work. Here is a photo of mine. Whatever you do don't buy the 7 inch one. It looks way to weird on a Mustang. You won't be able to see very well with it.

i say 2.5'' 4 inch can get a little high..blocking your visioin when driving

i thought it would when i bought it but then i realized, i dont drive looking at my front bumper, i look down the road when i drive. to be honest, i forget i even have a cowl hood from time to time because i look right over it

i dont plan on putting gauges in it. thanks for all your help guys. it seems like half say 2.5" and the other half say 4" so maybe i will go with a 3" lol

i like cervini, harwood and ho fibretrends ONLY

different companies advertise differently

a 3" from one company might be the same as a 2 1/2" from another

but my choice is 2 1/2" - 3" unless you NEED more

4in. i got a 1 1/2 or 2 1/2, depends on the company, its either 1 or 1 1/2 over stock.

For Sale:
aode,clutches,modified VB,3500 stall,28oz or stock flexplate, any thing needed for swap.
$1600 for trans, converter, and flex plate.
