Default I want to install a kill switch switch for anti theft....

Has anybody does this yet???? If so, would you recommend I install it to the fuel pump, starter, or battery???? Any tips, tricks, etc, are appreciated. I have a 89 Gt if that helps. Thanks

just put a switch on the starter relay, or the fuel pump relay.

I did this to my 1990 LX 5.0 years ago, I can't remember what I did, but I think it was the starter relay. I had a switch hidden in the center console.

There should be a w/pk wire on your ignition switch, throw it between that. That's for your NSS or Clutch switch, depending on whether you have a standard or auto

the pump relay is usually under the drivers seat

just use an inline fuse.. pull the fuse to cut-power

switches are easy to find

not sure how technical you are. There are some neat security tricks to use the cig lighter as the kill switch. When you want to kill it all you to is pull the lighter out of the socket and throw it in the glove box or consol. Of course you loose the intended use of the lighter, but nobody will ever know to look at it when it will not start.....
