Default c4-t5 swap

i have a 1990 mustang gt that has a c4 tranny. the motor is from a junk yard so i dont know anything about it. it is fuel injected 5.0 ho motor but thats all i know. i want to swap the c4 thats in it for a t5. when i pulled the c4 out and installed the new flywheel and clutch i noticed that the crank is different. it doesnt have splines for the t5s shaft to go into. i need help!?

How is the crank different? I'm not exactly sure what you are referring too. All of the clutches I've seen have the splines in them, not the crank. Do you have pics of what you are looking at?
