refrain from jacking underneath the unibody rail unless you really cant avoid it, it will bow fenders out, create problems with door alignments, etc..

I beleive the frame rails are right below the door
If you can, use a piece of plywood b/n the jacking point and your jack, this will be easier on the car.
But then also be careful the jack is strong under the car so nothing moves.

The "unibody rail" is the pinch weld right under the door. For most cars it is okay to lift a car there but a mustang (64-04) is a no-no. The new ones are designed to be lifted there like most cars nowadays.
