Default GT-40 vs. GT-40P???

I tried a search and got more results for 2004 mustangs than anything else, and nothing came up refering to the GT-40P.
My question is what is it? I am approaching a project to build a 5.0L engine for my dad's 95 Mustang GT.
I am aware that there is a bit of an upgrade by using an explorer engine that would give us a GT-40/Cobra base line. I recently read a post refering to a GT-40P head and do not know what it is.
I'd like to know the following:

What is GT-40P compared to GT-40 heads/engines?
What years Explorer can a GT-40/Cobra spec 5.0L engine come from?
What should I stay away from?
Are the intakes the same from the explorer GT-40 to the 93-95 Cobra engines?

This is a daily driver build, and we are looking for reasonable 325HP/325TQ numbers (+or-).
I think this can be done without much effort with a complete GT-40 motor and a good choice of intake, cam, and valve train. Any additional info related to this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

ok i am currently doing a explorer motor swap from a late 95 early 96 w/ the gt40 not p heads.
the gt40p heads have issue w/ spark plugs, wires and need a certain headers.

explorers from 95 to lare 96 have the 40 heads and like 97 and up have the P heads
how do you tell--3 bars=40 four bars=40P
