so on they way home on the freeway. the mustang i just bought started shaking more and more severe. well im purty sure that the balancer is slipping or falling off. now my question is which balancer do i get the 28 or 50. i know it matters just not sure how to find out which one i need. also it has blue anodized pulleys on the waterpump and crank. is this going to change anything?

Are you sure the balancer is bad? It doesn't just "slip or fall off". That bastard is held on there pretty well with a large nut.
Just go to a parts store and tell them the make/model/year of your car and you get the right part. It can't be that hard, I just bought a new one for my new enigne.
Why don't you want UD pullies? They won't hurt you but rather help you with regaining lost power.

sure it does, never seen that rubber bushing spacer deal push itself out? or ever heard of a "spun" balancer? they do slip...although ive never seen one "fall off" i've seen them nearly fly apart because most of the rubber part push itself out.
