Default Need Mechanic in Greenville SC 82 EFI stroker

Hey Guys,

I just picked up an 82 gt stroker project from a guy. its a 327 stroker, converted to EFI and it runs like crap. The engine was built by a shop in California. New block, stroked 302, lunati cam, High compression pistons, P heads, New Tremec 5 speed, converted to EFI, etc.. etc... It doesnt want to Idle, it pops, Not sure where to start. I'm really hoping someone wants to come take a look at it, or knows of a master mechanic that really knows mustangs to chase this down for me. I'm in upstate SC.

Otherwise i'm open to any suggestions.....

set base timing.. make sure its accurate, check the firing order, set fuel pressure, set TPS voltage, base idle should be around 800-1000 rpm. most aftermarket cams dont like to idle.
