Well, if you want a relatively stock power band(no head/cam/intake mods)... here you go.....
This is with a BAD o2 sensor AND piston ring blow by AND oil leaks via the valves in cylinder #1 (I'll show u the piston heads/valves if you want).... But, the car also had underdrive pulleys, a timing bump, and a full exhaust(****ty shorties)...
This is what the best dyno pull was...as you can see the power DROPS at 5,000+ rpm on the stock H/C/I...torque drops even earlier...

the cam is useless without changing the heads. and if you keep the stock heads, you MUST change the valvesprings
with the mods you listed, i dont see you getting past 230rwhp
i have the 1.6 rr on right now until i can afford a new set of heads.. probly going with edelbrock performer rpm heads maybe the trick flow if i have the money

1.6RR was a wasted purchase as the car sits right now. stock rocker ratio is 1.6
you gained nada by doing that.
