Default Belt squeeks after car starts up

I have a 95 supercharged mustang with a powerdyne. Every time I start up the car the belt squeaks really loud and goes away after 30 secs. When driving the car it does not squeak at all only after start up. When I turn on the AC, the belt squeeks but when I turn off the ac there is no squeeking noise. What could be the problem?

take the belt off and with soapy water, using a bristle brush scrub all the groves, then let it dry.... if that doesn't cure it, go for a gatorback belt

The belt looks new. The tension seems good. Maybe it just needs to be tightened up a little bit. I have the powerdyne and how do I make the belt tighter? I see 3 bolts, looks like the tensioner. Do I loosen them and slide the bracket up?

Slide the bracket up and tighten it like crazy. You may need another person to help you out.

if you take the belt and flip in inside out and bend it you will be able to see if there are cracks in it easier. if they are cracks replace the belt. are you sure its not the regular engine drive belt thats making noise?
