I just got my car running i believe that my car was a 4cyl car but i have no evidence to prove this.But anyways my problem is my fuel pump runs constant it runs even when i turn the key backwards to the acc spot for the stereo and what what not the only time it goes off is is when it in the off position.any ideas also when i hooked my stereo up i touch the red and yellow together on acedent and my fuel pump turned on idk if this help but i thought id throw that in there but the fuel pump prob happend befor i touched the wires together.

someone wired up the pump incorrectly. the reason your pump turned on when you put your radio in is b/c you supplied voltage from a "hot at all times" source into a "hot at ON/ACC" circuit.. which then triggered your incorrectly wired fuel pump
tomorrow I can help you on this further. but those are the basics right there
