you should at least go with some nice rockers, pushrods and springs.. i'm running an e cam and i just broke a valve spring on my trickflow heads.. so if you still have stock heads definatly upgrade those a little... just to be safe

cam swap = spring swap and a cam with stock heads is a waste

Your best bet is atleat GT40/GT40P heads with good spring, 1.6 roller rockers and a Corba/Explorer intake then run the E-cam or a TFS stage 1. We will be more then happy with that and the parts you already have!!

PS I have some 1.6 rockers if you need them.

definitely not worth doing a cam with stock heads, unless you have a Cobra.

that is a fantastic way to get people to help you. he has every right to be mad because had you done a search before asking your question you would have seen at least 10 threads in the last 2 weeks come up about swapping in an ecam
