well I have the same problem , I swapped heads,new motor, cam injectors and more moods and I can't get the 95 stang to run good they told me that I need to get a custom tune from a sct specialist maybe cuz s95 have a different ecu.

what injectors did you install?

Im runig the FR 24# with the paxton FP Regulator at 40 but mine goes like at 1100 RPm and then goes higer a little bit and than goes back to 990Rpms, and my timing is like at 14 but i dont think my car feels or runs like it supposed to.

I had an issue like this post-turbo setup, except running pig-rich. Found out the engine was getting un-metered air. (As in air coming in from behind the MAF)
