Coil wire

I have a 93 5.0 I haveing some coil problems I just put an msd disturbtor in and it efi and tdc the motor started up fine time it fine and it ran for 5 mins then it died and wouldn't start so checked for spark and found I had a bad coil so I put another one and it Ran fine for 5 mins again then took that coil out now these wer msd coils 1 msd blaster ss coil and a msd blaster tfi coil Any body know y it keeps doing that let me know and I want to know if the two wires that go to the coil ones red with a green tracer and the other is yellow with a orange tracer which one goes to the positive and Which one Goes to negtive

I know this doesn't solve your issue but the stock dizzy and coil are perfect and adequate for mild stangs even with full h/c/i's
