SN95 brake booster and master cylinder...rod length
I need some input....I installed a used '00 V6 brake booster with a new V6 master cylinder. I am trying to determine how long the pushrod on the BB needs to be. When I removed the stock '88 BB, it had a small screw with a blunt head that screws in and out so you can adjust the length of the BB pushrod, the '00 didn't come with one (I'm not sure if it should though). From my measurements, I cannot figure out if I need that screw on the rod or not with the V6 MC. It seems the perfect length is right in the middle of having the screw on and off. For those of you with a SN95 BB and MC, what did you do? I don't see anything in any of the writeups that addresses this with a V6 BB.
