Default A few questions about my new fox- 90 lx hatch

I just bought a 90 Mustang LX 5.0 and it has the following mods:

BBK Headers
BBK Cold Air Intake
BBK X Pipe Catless
Flowmaster 40 series tips
Unknown cam
Ford Racing 9mm spark plug wires
Cobra Intake Manifold
BBK Clutch Quadrant
3rd stage clutch
Rear Control Arms
Subframe Connectors

Is there anything recommended for me to have considering the current mods? Also, it smells horribly of unburnt fuel. Would an MSD ignition system burn my fuel better or should I not get one unless I have bigger injectors? Also, how much HP would you say I am making with these mods as an estimate?

If you havent already do a full tune up... new plugs, wires, cap and rotor ect. then go from there. when I got my 90 GT it smelled wicked bad like gas, during tune up I found i had two bad plug wires and the rotor button was shot..... I replaced all the basics and bumped the timming it was still at 10* and she was like a new car.

Hmm well I already have shorter gears. Not sure which but it seems like 2k rpm is the normal shift point for regular driving at least in 1st and 2nd. Yeah 1st gear is kind of annoying an I usually want to get out of it as soon as possible. I probably have 3.73s.
