Question how do i set the timing???????

how do i set the timing on my 1992 mustang?
i want to set it at 12

Loosen bolt on Distributor and turn until timing light reads what you want it set at.

not quite.............spout must be removed first on efi models, OP read the tech articles above on how to do this

yes but how do i know where are the numbers? like on my harmonic balancer it doesnt have numbers...it just has little lines

get down there with a little wire brush and clean the rust off so you can see the 10, 20 and 30 btdc again...then mark 0 and 10 with a paint line

from there i would put it 2 lines over 10 rite?
to get it at 12?
