what do you mean one that you make yourself? also, what plugs do you recommend that I use?

I should have worded it better. I used a universal plug wire, where I was able to custom bend the boot. I believe it was Accel.

Which spark plugs do you guys run with gt40p heads and mac unequal lenngth headers?

Ford Racing makes a header specifically for the "P" heads. I want to say BBK does too!
