Default torque specs anyone know??

Yeah so i just threw in my new crank an new rod + main bearings and i need to know the torque specs for both the rod an main bearing nuts thanks a million (stock 88 lx 5.0) I was told 19-24 lpbs is that all? like should i set to like 22 lpbs? and for both main and rod bearing nuts?? thanks again im so close to wrapping my project up so its like xmas

rod caps 19-24 ft lbs, main caps start from center, outward, in 3 steps, finishing at 70 ft lbs
