Default car turns off after i start it

i recently changed the upper n lower intake to a cobra intake u/l. ever since then, my car has burned more oil than normal and idles ruff or just turns off.1st start of the morning,it doesnt do it, but if i go in a store and then get back into the car,it turns on fine and right away, but as the rpms come down to hold a reg. steady idle, it will just turn off.i have to hold the throttle down (keepn it stable) for like 30 secs... any rasons to why it does that?

Sounds like you might have a vac line torn or disconnected. How much oil are you talking?

i'm gonna go with lower intake gasket problems. improper torque/sequencing will do all of that, and the stalling problem is probably oil from the intake valley being sucked in.
