Default 5.0 down! loss of power need help

Well one day i started driving my stang, and i heard a tapping noise coming from the front of the engine. And my engine loss alot of power. it doesnt pull like it use to anymore.
Sounds like its coming from the intake manifold..

A lifter could have collapsed maybe you could upload a video so we could hear your problem?

well i would but, we have it broke down as we speak. but it does have the original lifters and pushrods. we found one slightly bent push rod on the exhaust valve. but we dont kno if a lifter is collapsed or not. how can you tell?

Push down on the top of the lifter if its springy and has no resistance in it then its bad.
