Rear Disc Brake conversion problems HELP!!!

I have a couple of questions I hope someone can answer. I have an 8.8 factory 3.27 rear. It has Ford Motorsport Adapters on the ends of the tubes for disc brakes This rear was 4 lug. I had another rear thats was 5 lug converted, used those axle shafts in the disc rear and I cannot find a rotor that will fit. I looked at all the rotors listed below Lincoln Mark vii mustang 94-95 Thunderbird turbo coupe explorer Mustang 94-95 was the closest but still too large in diameter. I work at a machine shop and can turn the outer diameter down and will work perfect but hate to go to all that trouble if there is a rotor that will fit. The calipers I have are explorer I believe, built in emergency brake. Guys, let me know what yall think. thanks

You say the diameter of the rotor is too large? What are you saying your not clearing your wheels? Describe to us your fitment issue a little bit better and we'll be able to help you a little better.

the rotors are rubbing the calipers, they are rubbing the frame work of the calipers between the pads. I thought about grinding the calipers fo clearance but decided that I would rather modify the rotors than the calipers. With the hydraulic pressure I did not want to run the risk of weakening the frame work of the caliper.
