Question my 89 mustang gt running ROUGH help pls

need help.. PLEASE HELP me with my 89 mustang GT

okay i got this car and put a new motor 302- wit Rousch racing heads and roller rockers, and a 70 MM BBK throttle body... and im having problems with it running... it will run with a NON HO FIRING ORDER BUT not running very good... it will not run at all with a HO firing order... when it runs with a NON HO firing order i have to keep the GAS DOWN!!! ugh help me please... the wires are new ... any suggestions are greatly app. I have worked so hard on this car and it is a sweet ride... but need to get it running RIGHT and im scared im never gonna get it there! HeLP Me please!!!

double check plug wiring is correct and verify that distributor is dropped in correctly.
