For oil, just go with a 5w30. I like to run the high mileage oil blends in mine. I have just over 100k on mine and it runs great on that. I would avoid synthetic at this point unless it has been run in the car consistently. Changing over to synthetic with 115k on the motor wouldn't be advised. A quick google search will give you loads of horror stories about that. As far as plugs go, autolite 25's are fine. If you're doing a tune up you should also consider your wires if they aren't in good condition, cap, rotor, and pcv valve.
