I figured it would take me 4 months to save up enough money to get a S/C, im thinking maybe a Procharger, or maybe a Vortec if the price is right. Plus I have to factor in New injectors, fuel pump, Oil lines and tune. Im thinking around the 25k range.

I know getting uner the car sounds crazy but if youdo get under the car you see the harmonic balancer is out of the way of everything. I only said watch out becuase if you press to hard your hand can slip but if you just lightly press on it your good and it saves a lot of time over painting and such. Took me about 10 to get under sand for a little bit get up and start working.

Well I heard alot of good and alot of bad, guys that run them at 6-8 PSI generally have not very many issues, but everyone always gets greddy and run a 9psi pulley on a 6psi unit and the internals crap out from over rotating them. There is a guy on the coral running high 10's with H/C/I lightweight LX one a Powerdyne BDA11 which is amazing.....no one beleived him and he had to post slips and get people to vouch for him. He has no idea what cam he uses, got it from his brother... but thats a freak combo! Either way with ANY supercharger you will be happy with at first at 6 PSI you will foot like 60-80 more Hp. Just that once your boosted you always want more they say soo people that start low have to always upgrade and spend the money twice.

Personal preference if you are going with used look into a Paxton Novi 2000 the have a huge range of applications from like 8 PSI all the way to 20 PSI

I am going with a Kenne No matter what and 88 Blue I wish I had big enough balls to do that.....if I did that my family would hang me

Arnt the Novi 2000s like 3500 dollars? Thats somthing I wont be able to afford. Im only looking at running 8-9 Psi because I know thats all a stock 5.0 bottom end can handle. I would love to go with a vortec, anything that will last a while. I would also love that Kenne Bell but I would have to either use the Gt40 intake or stock intake. Im do some research before I commit.
