Yeah +1 to Adder. My car makes a VERY similar sound, and its leading me to the alternator, it probably needs replacement or some work.

take a long screwdriver and put it on each of your accesories and put your ear on the end of the screw driver, listen for which accesory is louder. Sounds to me like its a pulley

well if he took the belt off and it still made the sound how is it the alt.

it cant be an accessory i took the belt off and it still squealed. hence its not the altornator, powersteering pump, air pump, ac pump, or water pump.

STOP TELLING HIM IT'S THE ACCESORIES! HE TOOK THE BELT OFF AND IT STILL MADE THE SAME NOISE. It's in the transmission. Check the trans fluid. Warm the engine, put in park, and check with the engine idling.

Have you gotten under the car and listened to it. It really does sound like the belt but I guess it can't be. I don't think its a engine bearing because they normally make a metal on metal clunking noise. Doesn't sound like a vacuum leak. It does sound like something rotating though. Also I would really check out the trans, because you've had problems with it before.

the trans fluid is fine, just checked it not to long ago.
i got under car and listened for it and it sounded like it was comming from the tourque converter but it cant be.

It can be you are able to get new but still bad parts.
