hahahaha, you screwed yourself. one you should of took readings of the car running before you pullthem off.
to fix the speedo youll have to make sure the needle sits at the 0 mark and see if it shifts at the right speeds.
to fix the tach youll need a aftermarket tach hooked up to compared readings or a tach lite[not shiftlight]
to fix the cooling temp get it up to normal temp about a 20 minute drive. then put it around 180 or whatever your thermostat is set for
to fix the oil pressure compare it to your buddies stang if they are similar in mileage conditions or get another gauge and compare it to yours

Good luck with that speedo....
I took mine off to fiddle with the odometer (already mileage unknown branded on the title, and I rolled it forward to 0) and now it's totally screwed.
I think my spring tension is off since it used to read fast at low speeds, accurate at ~55, and slow at higher speeds.
So I'm going to get an aftermarket tach
