GT vs. Cobra
I have an offer to buy a Cobra model mustang but I'm wondering what the differences are on the old cobras... Its a 94. I want to redo suspension, heads cam intake exhaust etc... but is it any different than the GT? Basically, what are the differences between the 94 GT and the 94 cobra..?

RE: GT vs. Cobra
Cobra has better intake manifold, better heads, more valves, better cam from the factory, and is just a tougher engine. It has more potential because the computer is set up differently, I'd go with the cobra.

no...the 94 cobra is a windsor man...16v pushrod motor...the cobra will have diff intake man, diff cam, diff wheels, front bumper, diff seats, steering wheel, instrument cluster, better suspension...diff wheels....there is a bunch of things...along with the better name Cobra!!

Ok.. thats what I thought I was confused when stealth said more valves... So even by getting the cobra, does it makes sense to tear down the engine and build it the way I want or when you buy a cobra do you leave it as stock?

RE: GT vs. Cobra
Ide def get the cobra over the gt...everyone has a gt while cobras are more rare... it has the t5, im not sure about the heads, or the injectors. Ide have to geuss tho that it has 19lb injectors and gt heads, since it only has 25 more hp. As far as keeping the motor stock, if 240hp makes you happy, keep it that way!
