New to the Stang, need a
I'm new to Mustangs, so please forgive this question.
I was wondering if anyone out there would happen to know of a place that has any information on swapping a 5.0 into a 4 cyl. Stang? 87-92 model years..
Im looking to buy a Mustang in the near future, and I have a line on an excellent little 4 banger. Excellent because the price is very pretty, and so is the car. Its in great shape, but the reason I want a Stang is that lovely power, and lets face it.. A 4 banger doesnt have it. And either way, it may be cheaper to buy a 5.0 parts car and swap the stuff to a 4 banger.
What I'm looking for specifically is a parts list and any info out there.. I dont know if theres a website with a how-to or anything like that.
I know the while drivetrain, engine, ecu and wiring would have to be swapped, but what about the suspension and brakes and what-not?
Anyway, if anyone can help me out Id greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance and just incase.

If you can find a 5.0 that has seen much much better days but is somewhat complete, buy it. The swap is much easier with the two cars on stands side by side. Plus, with as much stuff as you gotta change to do it right, it helps to have a car with everything on it instead of constant visits to the bone yards.
