looking for some answers
could some one point me in the right direction for a 87 5.0 rebuild kit and what elese do i need to go with it?
what are the best plugs to run?
and finally, what can i do to revitilize my 5.0 with 130,000 miles on it tht some one else has beat on

find a local shop and take it there. they will also be able to tell you what plugs go best with you motor and about anyhting else you will need to get the most out of you power plant.
