nope...but i went to the dealership and biched the guy out and asked why the thermastat wasnt even a consideration and of course the guy tried to his way out of it but he just sounded like an idiot.

Also i have another question does a thermastat open only through heat or through heat and pressure, and if you have the raiator cap off, the car is hot and the therma stat is open will you see the coolant flowing in the radiator?

yeah what Ive been told is that its only heat to, but the guy at the dealership said it was both.

Heat,that is why you can get them in different temp ranges such as 180 etc...try puting one in a pot of boiling water and see what happens.
