hi. what year is car. carb or injection? Misfires can be tricky since everything can cause one. has it misfired ever since you rebuilt it? did it misfire before u rebuilt it? is it just one cylinder? a V8 with one cyl out is noticeable but not too much. i need to know year and fuel delivery first. then ill list some probable causes.

if its efi, it could also be a bad injector, bad wire, or just a dirty spot in the disty cap

ussually on a fresh rebuild plugs can/will foul out...due to break in....also tune can do it..

the front plugs regardless of design tends to get starved for fuel vs. the back plugs.

i do agree adder.....rotor/caps probably needs to be scraped as well
