its not remotely close to an 11 sec car, you got long way to go, charger is about the only option to get there or close to that without tearing it down

11s and streetable? i hope u have a big bank account

these cars can be made fast for cheap but when you start hitting 11's you need alot of work done to your stang. more work = $$$

anyway congrats on the purchase, i own a 93 lx myself

personaly i would just get into the high 12's on motor and hook up 150 shot and hello 11's [8D]

yea i know its not close to a 11 second car. Im doin the S/C last out of the mods. I would like to make my car quick right so im tryin to find out what i should do. Just wanna make it known on the streets. Do u think hooker super comepetion headers are good to get. Also how about a hypertech chip or should i get something better. I just need some help on which brands give u the most results.

yea that would also be a good idea. I also one day want to put a new 5.0 engine in the car that has 345 hp. Its only 3500 and then get the S/C added to that but thanks what do u think i would have to do to get into mid to high 12's with the car

I dont know where you live but unless you sittin on a 9 second car here in chicago you wont get noticed, but you could do exhaust, intakes, TB's and a bunch of other stuff. personally if your limited on money, I would get the car to go high 12's BUT get it to hook hard on the street and be able to play with cars that are faster than yourself, this way you will gain some respect, a low 12 second car on the street that does nothing but blow the tire off through second gear is not impressive

heads and cam upgrade will be the most noticable

trickflow intake

76mm MAF

65mm TB

3.90 or 4.10 FRPP gears

without the heads and cam these upgrades should get u into the mid to high 13s

with the heads and cam, high 12s easily...

thanks man i appreacitate that. That should help me out a lot. I was planning on getting 4.10 gears later this year. Wasnt sure wether to get Trick flow or edelbrock intake. But u would suggest a 70 mm or 75 mm throttle body and what company should i get it from

BBK is a reputable company that makes quality products. they are a bit expensive than other companies but the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I suggest a 65mm throttle body (TB) coupled with a 76mm mass air flow (MAF)

make sure the MAF is calibrated for 19# injectors (stock) unless you have upgraded

as for headers, they just sound and look nice. no noticable performance increase.

intake dosnt really matter. you could use the stock intake because its good up to 300hp. a trickflow intake will give u some more power and will be good up to about 450 horses
