Default 'vert 5.0 gt advice

Hey guys, i just bought my first stang(im 16 n its my second car) its an 89 gt convertible. it has a 5.0 with 95k miles on it and the pistons were pulled and replaced because they looked good at 91k and thats when alot of the mods were done. heres a list: 24lb injectors, a b303 cam, hooker headers, h-pipe, flowmasters(no cats), center force dual fric. clutch, tremec 5-speed (not sure if t-5 or 3550 or tko yet) short throw shifter, aluminum driveshaft, 3.73 gears, 17 inch cobra r's on continental 245/40r17s out back and 245/45r17 goodyear eagles in the front, the guy who sold it to me said it had "racing suspension" (didnt speak english well). it has a new white top and its on its second glass window since i broke the first one and it has new reddish maroon paint. it has a twin turbo hood and a saleen wing. obviously i need to mod the induction system. im thinking about a professional products 75mm TB and EGR spacer and a c&l 76 mm MAS.then i want to build a custom ram air setup utilizing the foglight holes in the gt bumpers. any ideas/advice would be apreciated on that. also when i start the car it goe to about 1500rpm for a few sec then drops dow to about 400-500rpm for a while then surges to 1500rpm and back down. it does this for a while and eventually it idles (fairly) smooth.but if i dont let it go through the whole surging process and just drive it it surges till the engine gets up to temp it stops at the line after 130 degrees. will my induction upgrades solve this? or could it be my idle air pump? also i have exhaust leaks at the headers. i guess it just needs to be tightened so i was wondering if locking headerbolts are worth the 45 bucks. it has a viper alarm but it kept going off so i ended up clipping it. i also am about 95% finished the beasty sound system. oh the car has stock heads intake manifold and bottom end. im thinking about a bbk ssi intake manifold or an edelbrock performer rpm II. if i use the bbk should i use bbk TB and MAS? also i plan on adding aluminum heads eventually and a forged bottom end (maybe stroker) but that all will be as cashflow permits and im only 16 so there isnt much cashflow. any advice or reccomendations on mods or upgrades i should do would be greatly appreciated. oh yea i paid 3800 for the whole car and i put 200 into it and that was for the window and gt bumper and rocker panel insert decals(look awesome) and the beasty sound system i had laying around from another car i had. thanks-chuck
