I have a 92' GT 5.0 and I just bought a code puller from kragen and pulled 44r "Thermactor air sustem fault" or "thermactor air system inoperable-right side" and i also pulled a 94r "air diverter solenoid circuit fault" or "thermactor air system inoperable-left side" what the hell is a Thermactor air system and why is my car's system inop. Could that be why i cant pass CA emmisions???

Yep....that could be the reason why it's not passing emission testing. The thermactor system pumps air into the exhaust through the heads or exhaust pipes. Codes 44 & 94 means it is not functional due to electrical problems, vacuum issues or pipes could be clogged.
