Default Poly motor mounts?

Can anyone suggest a good new motor mount that I should get for my 93 GT? I think that's it's time to replace mine.

What brands are the best for motor mounts, or are they pretty generic and should I just go with Mac or some ebay brand or put out a little more and notice a difference? Also, how long do urethane mounts last on average?

energy suspension.
why do you think it will break something if you use both poly engine mounts and tranny mounts?
I have had mine on there for a couple of years, and nothing has broke yet.

and they will outlast the rest of the car.

Thanks guys.

So Poly is the best you can both recommend? What about delrin? Do they make Delrin mounts or only suspension bushings?

Pretty straight forward install right? Just put a 2x4 under the oil pan, undo the 2 bolts per bushing, then put a 2x4 under the oil pan and lift the engine, right?

sorry for the vauge "break stuff" statement.

My buddy ran poly mounts for the engine and trans with a tremec 3550. this was a drag racing application also. he ended up breaking the tremec 3 different times. the OEM bushings let the trans and engine have a little bit of give under high loads, the poly bushings dont. so the weakest driveline link ends up breaking. this case being the input and output shafts on a tremec 3550.

if you arent racing and launching at like 4500+ then you'll probably be fine. In my opinion, i wouldnt reccomend using a poly trans mount. OEM should be fine.

im gonna have to disagree on the poly's not giving. solid motor mounts dont give, poly's do just not as much as stock. there's also the added benefit on material longevity.

Drag racers use solid motor and trans mounts and don't break trans because of that. It sounds like your buddy had different problems. I run moroso solid motor mounts and prothane polyurathane trans mount and I don't have any problems.
