once you start doing modifications a chip with dyno tune will be your best friend it helps the computer issues out alot, ive had no problems with my diablo delta chip, its got a custom start up program for my 331 and then custom tune to tweak that program after i get it on the dyno

you'll regret buying a SN95. if you want speed buy a fox, if you want looks buy a '99 or newer.

Cheap, easy to modify......one of the best "bang for the buck" autos that I have owned. Like everbody else has mentioned... make sure you get one with a 5 speed.

I love my 95 Gt. It isn't the fastest thing out there, but I have had it for almost 5 months and I still smile every time I start it up.
It is all a matter of preference. I wouldn't try to convince you that it is "better" then some of the other 'stangs out there but I absolutely love mine. It is all a matter of preference.

Parts haven't been hard to find but they do seem to be more plentiful for the earlier years.

It all comes down to what you like, if you like the car and it suits your needs then I wouldn't give a rat's *** if anyone else says different. If you like the car, I say go for it.

i say youll regret it, being that a 95 isnt really a 5.0 its a 4.9. get 87-93 like you said you wanted. sn95's are ugly and their heavier.

the sn eec dont respond to mods as well but can be dyno tuned with a chip to be more efficient than the a9l or a9p in a fox. i love the look better than the 99+ too. theyre very slick and the possibilitys more body mods are endless unlike fox. youll love it if you get it man. i wouldnt swap mine for any fox. i have a 347 stroker modded like crazy in mine and it runs pretty good without a tune. cant wait to get the tune
