i have a 95 5.0 basically stock, im in the process of building the motor, im looking to get a good 450 whp out of the motor, including a .30 over bore, plus aftermarket heads, and ideas on what a good set of heads will be, i do not need anything extreme i have about a 1000 dollar budget for the heads, any help is appreciated

ya since you dont want to spend over a grand, then if you can get tf twisted wedge for that, go ahead, but under those are like the ford racing z head and edelbrock head and holley head.

Find TFS TW's on e-bay all the time.......

i'm sold on these, i'm going to put them on my '95, but they're probably over your budget.
