get a stock 302 slap on some afr 165 heads with trickflow intake some 4.10s out back

bigger maf, tb, injectors and watch that little 5.0 run all over a trans am for less than half the cost

only thing an fbody has over the fox is handling but even that can be upgraded for cheap

the 4th gens arent bad cars- not a real fan of how they look except for the 98 and up WS6s- they do look nice.

and the darkside isnt a WS6, heres the real darkside

this was befor it was a track car- 2 years ago when it was my daily driver, the grills off because i was just cleaning out the PTE front mount. it was my daily driver that went 11.52 on pump gas, 20 pounds of boost, and BFG street tires. now it mainly lives on the track theres a point i think where ya just gotta look beyond what brand it is and just give respect to a fast car

ha ha this dude sounds like a guy I raced the other day. he had a ws6 manual.. n he was talkn so much **** bout my stang behind my back.. n i pulld up next to him at a red light last night.. flipd the bottle on armed it.. spryd it... and we took of ha ha i thought he was given me a head start but he was actually trying.. it was no match.. my moms dodge intrepid could of probably over powerd the ws6.. ha ha

I dont really like the Camaro's or Firebirds/Trans Ams. I love the LS1 though. Getting ready to pop an LS1 crate motor apart with my pop and drop a 383 stroker kit in it with a nice 600ish lift cam and then put it in our 67 Camaro. Those were the REAL camaro's. The 67-69.

Dude...take a hint and dont get the WS6...drop a lil more money and get ALOT more with a 03-04 Cobra. A pulley, a chip and your kicking just about everyones ***.

The late model Camaro's and Trans Ams are just to damn heavy for my taste, i think they weigh in fully loaded about 3,500ish. Thats a boat. But the thing that really gets on my nerves about them is the damn motor sits half way under the windshield. But the LS1 is one bad *** powerplant, exspensive to build up, but bad ***.

hey at least he isnt going to the real dark side...rice. i have always liked the trans am's expecialy the one you are getting too bad they cost a butt load to mod my friend has a 94 formula fast car i keep right up with him all i have is a cam and exhaust he is stock except for some home mods. its still a ncie car good luck with it

i dont know what got into me im a very open minded person.....really i guess its the way 90mustangfan wrote it. it just sounded like he was rippin on stangs I mean if i see a well built car i will appreciate it, but with all do respect i don't think many people wanna hear about an ls1 on a mustang forum. im not tryin to sound like a a**hole but by the looks of it your a ls1 fan to. If you wanna talk about ls1's go to a different forum for it and when you wann talk about your stang post it here. it only makes sense

my dads got a 2000 bonneville with a supercharged 3.8l motor, hes gone through two intake gaskets in 80 thousand miles, the car eats wheel bearings, and he has owned it since brand new, and the only time it see the speed limit is when i drive it, the other times he stays 10 under. One of his business partners has a 2000 ws6 ram air, and it has been NOTHING but head aches. him and my dad figured it out one time, and the company had spent as much on the car fixing it as it was worth in the first place, just to much bureaucratic bs for him to get a new car, so just let the company deal with it i guess.
