Yeah the SROD's were junk. They didn'y have top loaders in foxes. My 65 had one, wish I still had it

9's wow that would be cherry,.

Ive been thinking about putting a tunnel ram on the fox,it allready has the carbs they are 450's.I can pick it up for a $100 buck s,with linkeges fuel lines regulator.but my uncle tells me not to because they are a biotch to tune, he used to run one back in the day.

Are those 4 speeds pretty durable? Like about how much power will they tolerate? I know somone whos got one and wants to know if i want it....i told him no cause i didnt think there was any use in it.....lol

yea they are suposed to be real strong,camparable to the super t-10 and the muncies.dont know how much ponies they can handle,

I would go for that tranny if I were you,never hurts to have spare parts

well this guy near my house restores old Camaro's, Nova's Chevelles and he told me a Muncie 4 speed can handle up to 450ish hp.

nah you either need cubic inches or rpm to make them work
