The kit is just for the internals, no block, no head. The long block includes the heads and block and the cam. The short block has all the internals, block and is balanced etc.

thats what i was figuring on. I was reading the contents and it said RPM heads. This was just the internal kit. Im definatly getting one before i slap my super charger on this fall. I need it.

But once again. Does anyone know how much hp this kit is good for. The CHP street fighter kit?

yea i actually know two guys running about 600 even on a stock block. With stud girdles. Im not pushing it over 6k and im not going to be running more than about 10psi of boost. That should be safe on a stock block. The guys i know, one has a 331 and the other has a 347, i dont know which kit they have though.

you'll probably be fine as long as you know what you're doing, and it sounds like you do. coast high has a great kit though, i think you'll be happy with it

its only a matter of time before a stock block lets go, if you think your gonna run 550+ through a stock block for an extended amount of time, I think your wishing upon a star.
