right above axle looks like a block of rubber...function?...axle to frame prevention helps with launching...if you wheel hop it's supposed to be a bandaid.from damage.

That may be whats wrong with mine too. only does it on big bumps though. & there is a loud clank when i shift from reverse to 1st or 2nd & actually move. I thought it might have been the gears.
