loud clunk from the rear end
i have a 95 mustang gt and have a loud clunk coming from the rear end. i've asked around and several people think its my torque boxes. i've looked underneath the car and don't see any damage to the torque boxes at a glance ( i was told if the torque boxes are broken its very obvious). the only other thing i figure it could even be is my control arm bushings. when driving my car if i hit any kind of large bumps it feels like the whole rear of my car jumps back and forth. i also can't get my car to hook up on a launch at all. even when done at low rpms (1500ish). has anyone else had this problem. can anyone give me an idea of what this might be?? thanks guys

RE: loud clunk from the rear end
yeah a while back my muffler was banging up against my drive shaft but i had that adjusted pronto. i'm 100% sure it aint exhaust. pot holes and bumps just about shoot me out of my own lane. its bad sometimes. it rattles an clunks. i gotta fix it. its done it since i bought the car two years ago but it has steadily gotten worse and worse. its getting rediculous now that its making driving dangerous
