Also check the SPUD connector ( located by the air cleaner on the sn95) and also make sure all plug wires are on nice and tight. One time my friend retimed his lx and forgot to put the spud connector back in, car just fell on its face, it ran smooth, no miss, just no power.

Will check but it's not the fuel filter because I already replaced it.
ORIGINAL: will
check your fuel pressure and specifically your fuel volume sounds like fuel filter or pick up is clogged from sitting poss filter fell apart on the inside.

I myself am leaning towards the clogged exhaust. With the car sitting that long and all that exhaust just sitting and rotting away in your pipes. Check all your basic stuff, Fuel Filter I seen you said you already changed it, why not take it to a perfoamnce shop and have them check all your sensors and air/fuel delivery. Why not disconnect your exhaust and run it open headers around the block and see if that wakes her up at all, think small before you start rebuilding the motor or anything crazy like that.
Also I thought Ford rated us at 225 and the GT's at 215. But we actually put out about 250 and the GT's only did something like 205-210. Not sure.... I thought I heard that somewhere though.

RE: SN95 Cobra Running Bad.
I will be putting a full exhaust on the car in about a week or two we will see what that does for me. Waiting on my buddy to come over today so we can do some compression testing, but I don't really expect to find anything wrong, it doesn't use oil or smoke out the tail pipe. (except when I used seafoam). I also check the Fuel Pressure and it's good too. The one thing I noticed messing with it the other day is that the distributor cap isn't exactly the tightest seal in the world. If I pull on the 1 plug or the 5 plug which are on the two sides that arn't clamped down it will pull the cap of the dizzy which is not so good but I don' t know if that is normal for the stangs or not?
